Individuals must promptly advise their Affiliated Club of any change of name, address or other relevant identification and contact details, either in writing or electronically.
Individuals acknowledge and consent to Australian Sailing’s use of their personal information for the purpose of sending electronically or by other means, newsletters from Australian Sailing and Affiliated Clubs, which may include information of sponsors or other third parties.

Hervey Bay Boat Club Yacht Squadron Inc. Terms of Agreement
- I will remain a current financial member of the Hervey Bay Boat Club (HBBC).
- I agree to be bound by the rules that govern the HBBC.
- I have read and agree to be bound by the Hervey Bay Boat Club Yacht Squadron Inc. (HBBCYS) Constitution.
- I have read and agree to be bound the HBBCYS Inc. Rules and Regulations.
- I indemnify the HBBC and HBBCYS and/or the representatives from any responsibily in regards to myself, my crew and my vessel during club events.
- For yacht owners only: I agree to provide my own third party boat insurance with $10,000,000 liabiltiy to cover myself, my crew and my vessel whilst participating in the club events.
