There is no briefing. Participants make their own way to Coogul Ck in their own time.

We sail to Coongul Ck Saturday for lunch; then some may choose to stay Saturday night and head home Sunday. BYO everything. There is camping in the sand dunes available if you have extra crew. A permit is required for camping and can be obtained at: https://parks.des.qld.gov.au/camping/bookings

Please remember to be sunsafe and have plenty of water, and in case there is no wind enough fuel to get you there and and back.

You need to sign into VMR when you head off as theere is no group sign on for this event. And remember to sign off we you get home.

Skippers - Important note - Any crew cruising with you who doesn't have an Australian Sailing Number will not have personal insurance cover and it is recommended they get a Sail Pass.
