This weekend will be a destination cruise to Wathumba Creek. The destination being dependent on the prevailing winds. The cruise provides the opportunity for a leisurely sail exploring the waters to Platypus Bay during the humpback whales season.

If possible include your crew in the experience. Some skippers may wish to just day cruise whale watching.

It is suggested boats monitor channel 74 for communication among participants, or alternatively mobile phones where reception allows. Logging on and signing off with VMR will be the responsibility of individual yachts.

There are no organised activities. Participants will make their own arrangements.
