This is the club's annual general meeting where a new committee is voted in for the year and the financial report for the year is presented. We value our members' input and encourage all members to attend. 

Nominations for committee positions are very welcome and all positions are open for the new financial year.

It is fantastic to have new faces on the committee so please consider standing for a position. we also look for persons who can help with other non-committee roles such as Webpage managers, and social media admin.

Nomination forms will be emailed to members 21 days prior to the meeting.

Nominations need to be emailed to the Secretary by July 22nd 2024.

Please do not attend if you are unwell. If you have nominated but are unabled to attend it will still be presented at the meeting.
